A History of Success Built on Personal Service

SwimSafe was founded in 2005 by Cary Belyea. Cary had spent years in various aspects of pool management including as a lifeguard, pool manager, swimming coach, instructor and as president and general manager with a national pool management company.

By 2006, SwimSafe was managing five pools. Since that time, growth has been steady and strong. The company specializes in the management of country clubs, swim clubs, municipal pools and Homeowner Association Pools (HOAs) providing comprehensive turnkey services. In 2012, SwimSafe added a Renovation and Repair Division to extend the services it offers its customers. SwimSafe currently maintains a staff of 30 full-time, year-round employees and employs more than 1,500 seasonal workers. The company was ranked 18th in the 2012 Cincinnati Business Courier Fast 55 and has been ranked in the fast 55 from 2014-2017.

SwimSafe’s key to success is that its pool management services are based on quality, not quantity.  The impetus behind the impressive growth is the commitment to work with every client on an individual basis, providing friendly, personalized service at all times.
